The California state government is in financial trouble. Some of the Counties and Cities have difficulties too. Some don't, but they are keeping their mouth shut. End result is a lot of both good and bad activities will be cut, and California will raise taxes and borrow money at higher interest rates. The California state government is not California- the people, the businesses, the attitudes.
