I could agree to that. I would prefer it all to be decriminalized- because I think if you remove the profit (and the illegality keeps the price up), you eliminate most of the dealers. But at this point I'm willing to try anything different from the puritanical system we've got now. The number of people we have incarcerated for drug offenses, and the amount this is costing us (economically and socially) blows my mind. I hate waste.
