The FBI said it themselves in the investigation....they SCREWED UP...... Just like they did on this guy in Mexico where the bounty hunter went in and got him after the FBI let the tip flounder around for days in their stupid email system instead of CALLING THE AGENT ON THE PHONE AND TELLING HIM WHERE THE GUY WAS.....
