The SEC certainly isn't going to release a statement and so far GRNO doesn't respond to any questions regarding this issue. I believe the answer will come when the limited partner processor starts running, a revenue stream begins, and other potential buyers of the product see it really works. I think the SEC matter will eventually just fade away into oblivion.
