Alex Brown raises rating to Strong Buy.

Alex Brown said on Tuesday it raised its rating on the shares of
ELAMEX S A DE C V CL1 (up 1-1/4 to 11-1/8 at 12:05 pm EDT) to a
strong buy from buy. (Reuters 11:30 AM ET 08/05/97)

Alex Brown also raised its rating on Flextronics this morning; up 6 points as I write.
