q2 is already out of the way for ESST and I agree it was a difficult qtr for them, however, it was a transition period to new products which should benefeit 2nd half... ESST & CUBE Should both benefeit in 2nd half since it is seasonally strongest qtrs... But ESST has Chan(top management) owning about 39% and Intel owning 5% of it which is a major sign of confidence.
