Experts on TV say we need more troops in Iraq right now, and that Bush has not made the case or explained to the American People what the plan is, asked for permission to allocate hundreds of billions and hundreds of thousands of troops indefinitely over there, and that he if he doesn't make his case and ask permission, Americans will gradually wonder who is in charge and question his leadership.
