President CLinton's armed forces just fought in Afghanistan and Iraq. Have some respect. It takes 5-10 years to makeover the armed forces. Everything you see in play now was developed during the Clinton years. We are going to have to cut defense spending sometime in the near future just as Bush Sr. and Clinton did after the huge Reagan build-up. It's just too much for our economy, an unless we are being attacked by a major country there's no reason for it.

I don't know the details of any China deals and neither do you, but Clinton did not deliberately sell anything secret to China as the right-wing loves to claim, all an exaggeration as usual. The Loral deal which you guys cite was a private deal, and they were fined for it. Loral was also in business with Bushie Carlyle Group at the time. Plus, in terms of China, it was Haley Barbour's offshore GOP PAC that was actively and illegally raising funds in Hong Kong and Taiwan. I'm not aware of any organized effort by the Clintonites, just that one guy in California.
