DJ ICTS Intl Seeks OK Of Stock Repurchase For Up To $10 Mln

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--ICTS International NV (ICTS) is seeking shareholder approval to spend up to $10 million to repurchase shares of the company's common stock, according to a proxy filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company plans to repurchase the shares at prices of up to $10 each for 18 months, the filing said.
Shares of ICTS International recently traded at $3.59 each, down 9.1%, or 36 cents.
The company had 6.5 million common shares outstanding as of Wednesday.
Under the company's articles of association, ICTS International may only acquire common shares if authorized by a shareholder meeting. A majority of the votes cast at the meeting must approve the proposal.
Shareholders are scheduled to vote on the proposal on Aug. 6 in the Netherlands.
ICTS International provides advanced aviation services.

Let's put it in the folio and forget about the technicals. If the company get shareholder approval then they will take the company private at least near cash on hand. No brainer. I can't imagine the shareholders disapproving! hmmmmmm 3.50 or 10ish. duh! LOL Even Mikey could figure that one out. <GGGGGGGGGGGG>
