not a pretty picture- "Shares of Redback Networks (RBAK) slid 13 percent to 79 cents as the company announced an agreement with its bondholders on a proposed recapitalization that will include a debt for equity exchange. As part of the agreement, 67 percent of the holders of its 5-percent convertible subordinated notes due 2007 will be exchanged for common stock."

hey, maybe noam was right when he said "MRV is kicking RBAK's butt!" <G> outright killed them! btw, do those notes look familiar...?
