I also noticed the Redback article and it sure sounds like management put it to existing common stock holders. To see ownership go from 100% to 5% with 95% going to bondholders. Need to do more homework, but with bonds not due until 2007 I wonder why the rush by Redback managementc to essentially wipe out existng CS holders?
