That's less than the 50 percent drop in tech stocks, he said." Amazing how different people have different quote at differenet time. I definitely saw, knew of: "30-50% off peak price". But I'm no expert, so my stat don't count. What's more, when price don't appreciate in RE, it's a liability cf. stock, just a piece of paper.
