GW's Caterair and Harken Energy both went belly-up. Though with Harken GW sold his stock two weeks before the bad news came out so he got out with $800,000 while everyone else took it on the chin. To be fair to GW though, he was only brought into both companies for his last name and probably didn't have much to do with running them. He's never really run any business. Word is, he spent most of his Texas Rangers time eating peanuts in the stands and helping to arrange special insider real estate deals. That's been the story of his life. He's more the front-man baed on his last name and daddy's connections while someone else runs the operation.
