Is this another case of "I wish I knew what he knows, but if I did they would have to kill me"?

It has been well reported that this administration is among the most secretive ever. Eventually secretes have a way of “coming out”. Unfortunately, the secret dam may not break before the next election. And if a little leaks out, Karl Rove can always pull an obfuscation or two from his pocket.
