Bill, my brother is interested in buying Canroys. He is with TDW. There is a new issue of Pengrowth at $16.95 Can. My brother called TDW to try and create an expression of interest, but the broker said he cannot see it.

Does anyone know if Americans can have access to new issues of Canroys? TIA
