This woman was commissioned to make the dreamcatcher for them to give to Shillary. She got nailed for the possession and unauthorized transfer of the feather. Shillary might have gotten two votes from the pro eagle people for ruining this woman's life. It was in the local papers twice, once when she got nailed and again when her request for a pardon was turned down.
