From what I have heard, the members of the board do have a considerable amount of bonuses tied to the performance of the current stock. . . . Clearly giving them incentives not to void these shares. . . . However, that is only what I have heard. . . I don't remember the source.

I think I'm also going to take another look at the annual report and the SEC filings.

I am hopeful, but hardly optimistic that we will pull through this still standing.
