Isn't the right-wing AGAINST more freedom? Why do they keep using the word "let freedom ring" all the time? They dont want people to be able to choose their lifestyle. They want homosexual acts to be illegal. They use the tax code to discourage people from being single. They want marijuana smokers put in prison. They want liberals and the press persecuted if they criticize the current regime in DC. They want to tightly control information taught in schools. They want more people in prison. I agree with being tough on immigration and so forth, but this "freedom ring" line seems a bit hypocritical.
