Imran, it is not a question of what you or I think. It is a question of what the reality is (not according to Mike burke or the bears, but according to the industry) and how the market perceives it. Here are three articles that might remove popular misconceptions about micron, by micron: micron.com micron.com micron.com The valuations for a stock comes from what the market thinks a stock is worth. Right now, based on the stupendous performance that DELL has put on, the market values the company at something like 20B dollars. I heard the same arguments last year, and DELL kept beating estimates as the bar kept raising. Enjoy the moment, if you're long. Come September you'll get a dose of reality. I know I'll enjoy that. Don't be too sure about the long term fall of Micron. I think you are just seeing the beginning of the rise, so you will have to provide something more factual than premonitions to support your statements. Sridhar
