True, especially in light of the fact that Saddam was unable to comply with any of the resolutions. That in itself is usually enough evidence to get someone convicted in a court of law.

Remember what happened to David Koresh when he didn't comply with a search warrant? Was the case for destroying him ever proven after the fact? Were the liberals demanding the proof that supported the mission?
