58% approvals is bad for Bush. Newsmax puts a positive spin on it, but that's so dishonest. Bushies should be worried. GW approvals were at 72% six weeks ago and his father's were at 89% after the Gulf War. Being down to 58% this fast after the war (a 14% DROP) means the bubble is bursting.

GW should sink to around 50% in 2004 when the real political race begins. Then a good strong Dem candidate like Kerry can beat him. BTW: approvals do not mean votes. People can approve of both candidates, remember.
