Does it matter? Do people read/follow Coulter and her brethren for their ability to construct compelling and thoughtful analysis? Or, do they read to feed their need to find some bogeyman, some villan, someone to hate in a fearfilled world? Coulter, Savage, Hannity, Stern, and other shameful shockers all serve an unfortunate need in today's society; a virtual kick of the dog. It is one of the saddest commentaries on our times (that, and reality TV :)
