Jerry, I see QCOM hitting a wall at 42.89 and making a double top here. MSFT is another one to keep an eye on. It's currently testing the 28.66 January high. Look for a double top there too. These two stocks' targets plus CSCO make a good case for NDX 1340-1350, and possibly even 1365 this week for a local top.
