But first the right-wingers have to get over the feeling that Iraq is a trophy that belongs only to the US. Perhaps Rush Limbaugh et al still feel that way (I remember Limbaugh saying so on the radio a few weeks after the war "ended"). But it looks like at least some people in the administration have realized that Iraq is NOT a trophy, but a hot potato.
