My source on SLMI says there should be news soon. It seems as though a buyer might really be stepping up to the plate, let's see.

I spoke w/ the person below the CEO 2 weeks ago on the creditor agreement, unfornately (as expected) I could not get anything out of him as far as prospects for sale, other than the agreement set a first guidline for value. Now a buyer would be able to give a higher offer for the creditors. This agreement also makes a prospective buyer deal soley w/ SLMI management and not allow them to go directly to creditors, by passing the firm.

Anyway, still sticking in there. The one thing I do hear from a couple of hockey retailer's is that all of their ordering from CCM is all screwed up and product is hard to come by. They have also told me a couple of HORROR stories which would take too much room to post.
