Nah, you referred to the "Reagan Boom" being "interrupted, not ended, by the Clinton/Rubin deflation"... but you failed to remember the 'interruption' of the Bush I Presidency...

Were you asleep for the entire 4 years?

A hell of a lot more 'interruption' occurred there than during the later Clinton years.

And, as far as 'deflation'... as I've pointed out to you before, the American economy is not experiencing deflation (a la Japan), but rather dis-inflation... i.e., a period of falling inflation - something quite different.

Inflation, both at the producer level and the consumer level, is still positive in the US.

You attempts to rewrite history and present day reality are not supported by any facts.
