Movement is one of the easiest ways to rediscover your inner self. Slow and deliberate movement. A move that requires your full focus. A movement where every breath is counted.

I find the easiest way to count my breath as follows:

I find some funky ass music. Some shit that aint got no words. Some music where some dude is playing his sound. He or she is strikin' a tune. A tune where joy can be heard rising from the vibration of pure sound. One where each note seems to last a lifetime. Each beat a million years. Every sound is wrapped in echoes and echoes and echoes.

Where I watch each sound wrap itself around me and fall away like a drape of light to the floor a mile below me.

What a sight to behold.

The door of the kingdom.
Landing here on earth.

And I was not even watching.
It was always here.
