The snowball is rolling downhill and getting bigger. When will Cisco realize it's an inevitable tide that they should either go along with or pay a stock price penalty to fight? Hmmm.

If equity-based compensation is such a priority to Cisco, why don't they just give out stock instead of stock options? Because they'd have to expense it, that's why. Oh well, it's just a matter of time, before Cisco does the right thing here. What's surprising is that they weren't leaders in this area. Usually, Cisco does the right thing when it comes to accounting before any other company does. Strange, eh?
