You don't think so, Jake? At least it should decrease the use of emergency facilities. For some people that's their only access to medical treatment, so they go for non-emergency reasons and clog up the resources needed for real emergencies. I know it's real easy to disagree with AS, but he might be right once in a while, even a blind squirrel finds a nut occasionally :-)
