adjustible products are almost negligible now for home mortgages. For commercial loans, that is a totally different story. As you know, most commercial loans are for 5-10 years terms and heavily based on income. As rents are declining across the board across the country, and expenses such as insurance continue to escalate, NOI is dropping. In the past, that shortfall had been offset by drop in debt service resulting from the lower rates environment. Will this continue?
