I know Neo...This direct quote from the SofU doesn't have anything about Nigeria or Niger.... and it does say British intelligence. How many countries are there in Africa? Other than Nigeria?

And no one has mentioned any of the bio or credentials of Joseph Wilson, the former Ambassador to Gabon...who "went to Africa," and "couldn't find anything to substantiate the claim"..... WHAT does that mean? Did he get to look in the entire country?

Well, I suppose this is the oblique reference to Nigeria, although it is based on British intelligence, and does not reflect whatever determination the CIA might have made:

The British government has learned that Saddam Hussein recently sought significant quantities of uranium from Africa.
