"Haven't thought about it", or "Thought about it but realized that my comment on how relative pollution changes the 'value of GDP' was nonsensical"?

Here's what you said:

Well, if you have X countries with equal GDP's with X different amounts of pollution resulting from that GDP, then you could have widely varying opinion on value of each GDP despite them being "equal".

Now, kindly inform us as to what difference you see in the "value of GDP" between Monaco and US, re their differences in air pollution. Or, if that will take a long time to "think about it" for you, just take any other two countries with obvious differences in pollution, and tell us more about this theory of yours on the "value of GDP" with regards to pollution.
