Yes, deliberatly using fraudulent info is a lie. And the Bushies did it several times on the grandest scale as an excuse to start a war. Bush also lied after the war (though it's not really over) about saying "we already have them" (WMD's) when he knew the mobile labs were not WMD. Those mobile labs are a similar design to our own army's hydrogen gas generators used in the field. The lies have been going on for far too long now. Notice Rumsfield today slipping questions right and left, now careful not to lie. He'd rather say nothing and give no answers.
