I see Raymond Duray has made a couple good posts in response to your insight. It is astonishing to me that so many people don't get it even as America disappears a piece at a time. I wondered if that beam that almost fell on Sandra Day O'Connor on July 4th was an accident or not. Maybe "someone" wants Bush to appoint a new Supreme before he loses the next election. "They" might want another globally minded Supreme on the court while the gettin' is good. Bush doesn't even have to know about things like that. He could just be the patsy for the shadow government. After all, he happily does whatever they want him too.
