MO trades down on Price "Lights" bond concerns 44.00 -2.77: Early weakness in the stock is on news surrounding the Price "Lights" case. According to Smith Barney, the Illinois Appellate Court heard arguments from both sides to determine whether or not Judge Byron had authority to reduce the bond required to stay execution while co appealed the $10.1 bln verdict. Firm views two of three possible main outcomes as fairly negative (court hands off issue to IL Supreme Court or court reinstates original $12 bln bond).
