I think T-Mobile charges $30 for unlimited data including modem usage. T-mobile is currently charging $30 for unlimited data use without a voice plan, but only $20 when added on top of an existing voice plan ($39.99 and greater i believe). They are also offering unlimited data from the handset (ie, excluding modem usage) for $10, which includes sending pictures/video, web surfing from pdas, etc. Like Sprint's loophole (currently still in effect), some users are reporting that they are able to use their phones as a modem under this plan without incurring additional charges.
