One must keep in mind that liberals are quite liberal on most things that can be spun to support their POV. However, liberals are also quite conservative (literal) when things can be spun to support their POV. Since this is not democracy in it's purest sense & it's being implemented at the behest of a Republican Administration, only a conservative (strictly literal) spin can be applied. Just an observation of how consistently inconsistent liberals can be when it suits their interest.
