well, I first bought at prices ranging from $1 - $1.20 when the district court decision was announced. It was a dead issue then, too. I believe DeVoto told my friend they expect the appellate court decision within six months. If it is announced tomorrow, you will have lost the opportunity to buy at today's prices. Even if the court decision goes against them, it is likely to be overturned by the populace next November. The smart money is quietly accumulating.
