Senetek PLC Appoints George Fellows, Former Revlon President And Chief Executive Officer, to Board of Directors

NAPA, Calif., July 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Senetek PLC (Nasdaq: SNTK - News), ( www.senetekplc.com ), a healthcare technologies company focused on developing and co-marketing products applicable to the anti-aging markets in key skin care/dermatologicals and sexual dysfunction categories worldwide, announced today the election of George Fellows, former President and Chief Executive Officer of Revlon, Inc. to Senetek's Board of Directors.

Mr. Fellows joined Revlon North America in 1993 and within two years was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Revlon, Inc. and Revlon Consumer Products Corporation. In 1997, he was named Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Revlon, Mr. Fellows was President of Colgate Latin America from 1992 to 1993, and President of Mennen North America from 1989 through 1992. Before that, Mr. Fellows spent four years at Revlon, and served as President of what was then called the Domestic Beauty Group.

Mr. Fellows graduated in 1964 with a B.S. degree from City College of New York, received an MBA from Columbia University in 1966 and completed the Harvard Advanced Management Program in 1981. He is a Board member of Vanity Fair Corporation and served on the New York Stock Exchange Listed Company Advisory Committee and on the boards of Revlon, Inc., the National Association of Chain Drug Stores, and the Cosmetics, Toiletries & Fragrance Association.
