1. His ideas are reasonably mainstream.
2. He is telegenic.


It is a long way to go, and he may fool us, but at the moment, I think he lacks the "Gravitas" needed to make it to Prez. I think he will pull out next February when he sees the writing on the wall and try to hold his Senate seat.
