John D Rockefeller is the Vice Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee. His insights may be based on something!

And he voted for the bill that authorized the use of force in Iraq. So apparently he KNEW something that caused him to believe Iraq possessed WMDs and represented a threat to the US:

In the Senate, nine of 10 Presbyterians -- seven Republicans and two Democrats -- voted for the resolution, and only one voted no: Mark Dayton (D-MN). Among those who voted for the measure were Christopher Bond (R-MO), Jon Kyl (R-AZ) and John D. Rockefeller IV (D-WV).
