The $10 million payment doesn't reflect negatively on Raptiva. It was probably a penalty written into the contract for wasting everyones time for a couple years. Baxter is having financial problems and is cutting loose some expensive projects. Question, what is that $10 million going to be used for. And how long has XOMA known they were going to get it. If XOMA was aware of the money coming their way for quite awhile we might hear any time of a new trial or other use of the "windfall".
