Atmel Announces 2nd Quarter Earnings Conference Call

Atmel(R) Corporation (Nasdaq:ATML), a worldwide leader in the development, fabrication and sale of advanced semiconductors, announced that it will hold a conference call to announce the 2003 second quarter results on Tuesday, July 17th at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (6:00 p.m. Eastern Time). Financial results will be released to the news services shortly after the close of the stock markets that day.
