You have the right to the presumption of innocence and the right not to have your property searched unreasonably. That is the most powerful protection of privacy on the planet. The Texas sodomy law was preposterous because it was impossible to legally enforce - unless you deliberately arranged the circumstances so as to deliberately get arrested so you can bring a test case and change 250 years of legal theory.
