Using logic. Ambassador Wilson was asked to validate the evidence of the sale of Uranium to Iraq. The evidence was found to be fraudulent. Therefore, the sale of Uranium to Iraq in this instance was not true. THere was no other evidence provided. No other evidence exits to support Uranium sales to Iraq. You may rationalize that something else may have happened but that is not the point.
