Remember, I think Saddam is a weapon of mass destruction and that the UN (france)failed its obligation to remove and punish him. In addition, many countries in the Arab world wanted Saddam removed for obvious reasons. There were few protests from Arab leaders about his removal. Clearly Kurds and Shiites wanted Saddam removed for his years of torture and murder. fred
