As regards the incubator story, it would be more accurate to say that it was never adequately documented, then to say that is it a known lie Even if it was a lie, it is a huge leap to say that Bush 41 knew it and promulgated it. The great probability is that the Kuwaiti ambassador was passing on colorful hearsay to help his own cause.
