I have direct evidence implicating Ms. Moor in the kickback scheme. I'm afraid for obvious reasons I cannot provide that here.

I am now waiting for the Court to rule on whether the DOE Defendants may be identified at this time.

Background checks? Background won't have much to do with claims against her - only her own personal involvement in and unjust enrichment due to the kickback scheme.
