Why have you and Shilohcat become such pedants all of a sudden? Dang, Nadine, you sent me to the dictionary on that one...I was afraid there for a minute that it was the past tense of "pissant". <g> Well, aside from the fact that I taught school for 20 years, and thus earned my pedant stripes, it is more about being fed up than anything. I am sick of seeing this administration boldly and publicly state one thing and then turn around and privately do just the opposite. When Bremer announced the other day that democracy had returned to Iraq, after he had just removed certain candidates from the election slate, it tripped my BS alarm and I went off. I'm gonna call these guys on every similar circumstance from here on, too, so prepare for more pedanticness. <g>
