Last time I checked Leslie Moor was a shareholder and former director of CyberTrader, not Schwab.

Since you know so much about Moor's background, you may wish to pass on this advice: get a lawyer, you shall need one in the near future.

This case is expanding as I said it would, hence why DOE Defendants were named on the original Complaint. Jenkens & Gilchrist, LLP, Moor and several others. It won't end there, almost certainly. But the days of these people defrauding innocent citizens without anyone doing anything about it are long gone.
